Where can I buy your products?
Our eco-bags are available through a variety of channels, both online and in physical stores. Order directly from our website carrinet.se or find Veggio bags at marketplaces such as Walmart, Amazon, LakeLand and Office Depot. You can also buy Veggio bags at well-stocked retailers such as ICA, COOP, City Gross, Ullared and ASDA. Our products are also available at many other stores around the world. What is the difference between Veggio and Veggio C?
Veggio 3 and 5-Pack are our popular mesh bags made of recycled polyester, perfect for storing fruit, vegetables and other small items. Veggio C is a new launch made from compostable wood-based material (cellulose), an environmentally friendly alternative.

How do I wash and maintain my bags?
Washing of polyester bags:
Veggio bags made of polyester can be machine washed at up to 40 degrees. Use a mild detergent and avoid bleach. Allow the bag to air dry completely before using it again.
Washing cellulose bags:
Cellulose bags should be hand washed gently. Use cold water and a mild detergent. Do not rub too hard on the bag. Allow the bag to air dry completely flat on a towel. General washing advice: Always turn the bag over before washing to protect the color and print.
Do not wash the bag with other garments that may shed lint or dye.
Do not overfill the washing machine, as this may affect the washing results.
Do not dry the bag in a dryer or in direct sunlight.

Can I pay by invoice?
Yes, we offer payment by invoice via Klarna.
Is it safe to pay via your website?
We work with established third-party payment providers, such as PayPal, Stripe and Shopify Pay. Your payment is handled securely by them, and we have no access to your card or bank details.

Returns & Shipping
Do you offer returns?
Yes! All purchases come with a 14-day right of return. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the products and receive a refund.
When returning, the following applies:
If you want to return an item, email us at info@carrinet.se with your name, address, e-mail address, order number and which items the return applies to. Send the goods to be returned within 14 days of contacting us.
You are responsible for any damage caused to the goods during shipping. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you send the products well packed, in good condition and in their original packaging. Please send us a tracking number for the return if you can.
If a returned item is shipped internationally, mark the package with "RETURNED GOODS" to avoid customs charges. We are not responsible for any customs charges on the shipment. Unless otherwise agreed, the refund will be made through the same payment method with which you first made the purchase.
If the product or packaging is used or damaged, we reserve the right to deduct the reduction in value from the refund amount.

Which company do you ship with?
We send your order with PostNord within Sweden and the EU. For orders to other countries, we ship with DHL or FedEx. For questions about shipping, please contact us at info@carrinet.se
My order has not arrived
If you have encountered problems with your order, please contact our customer service via info@carrinet.se. We usually respond to questions within 1-2 business days. Note that normal delivery time for packages is 1-6 working days.
