14 days open purchase

With us at Carrinet, you have 14 days to cancel your purchase and return the item for a full refund. The right of withdrawal applies from the day you received the item.

How to return an item:

Contact us: Notify us via e-mail at info@carrinet.se that you wish to return an item. Enter your order number and which goods you want to return.

Pack the item well: Make sure the item is in the same condition as when you received it. The product must be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging.

Return the item: Return the item to the following address:
Storgatan 11, 411 24 Gothenburg, Sweden

Important: Remember to save your shipping receipt.

Refund:

Once we have received and checked the return, we will refund the purchase amount to the account used for the purchase. The refund normally takes place within 14 days from when we received the return.

Exception:

Damaged goods: If the goods are damaged on return, we have the right to make a deduction from the refund corresponding to the reduction in value.

Non-returnable items: Some items cannot be returned, e.g. special order goods.

Shipping costs:

You as the customer are responsible for the return cost. We recommend choosing a shipping option with tracking so we can track the return.

If you have received an incorrect or defective item, we are responsible for the return cost.
